Terms of Use
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Welcome to MyLemonCheck (mylemoncheck.com). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Not legal advice — no attorney-client relationship
MyLemonCheck is not a law firm, is not licensed to practice law, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Your Lemon Score and everything else on this site is general information only — an estimate based on your answers, not a legal determination, and not a prediction of any outcome. Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Only a licensed California attorney who has reviewed your specific situation can advise you.
2. Attorney advertising and how we're paid
This site is attorney advertising. If you submit the contact form, MyLemonCheck may share your information with participating, independent California lemon law attorneys or law firms who may contact you. MyLemonCheck may be paid by participating firms on a flat-fee advertising basis (per lead or per period). Payment never depends on whether you hire a firm or on the outcome of any matter. Participating attorneys are independent — MyLemonCheck does not endorse, supervise, or guarantee any attorney's services, and is not responsible for the legal services they provide.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes
The Lemon Score is a simplified informational estimate. Real legal claims depend on facts, documents, and law that no online quiz can fully evaluate. A high score does not mean you have a claim; a low score does not mean you don't. Deadlines (statutes of limitations) apply to legal claims — do not delay seeking legal advice based on anything on this site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to misuse, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the site.
5. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLemonCheck will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we share it, including your CCPA rights.
7. Changes; governing law
We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here. These terms are governed by California law. Contact: hello@mylemoncheck.com.
